Put the duck into the pot with cold water, add 3 slices of ginger and 1 spoon of cooking wine in cold water and blanch until it oozes foam. Boil the water for another 5 minutes before taking it out.

Put the duck pieces into a casserole, add 3 slices of ginger and 1 spoon of cooking wine, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Add the Cordyceps flowers and white radish pieces, add salt and light soy sauce, simmer over low heat for 1 hour, turn off the heat and add the wolfberry.
