Frozen sliced quick biscuits - blueberry biscuits by: Blueberry Food Staff Writer of Pulan Hi-tech
Overview
Biscuits are the first choice for beginners in baking. They can be transformed into a variety of styles and flavors with a common recipe. Among all biscuits, my favorite is the frozen sliced quick biscuits. Take some free time to make some frozen biscuits and put them in the freezer when you want to eat them. You can rewarm slices and bake them, and you can bake multiple flavors at once~~~ This biscuit is evolved from cranberry biscuits, just replace the cranberries with dried blueberries~~~ The dried blueberries are directly dried blueberries from the Lijiang Plateau in Pulan.

Preheat the oven to 180°C 15 to 20 minutes in advance. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, turn on the upper and lower heat, and bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Pull out the baking sheet and gently touch the surface of the biscuit to be slightly hard, then turn off the heat. Turn off the heat and use the preheating of the oven to bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Take it out and cool on a wire rack
