Cold spicy and sour potato shreds - a bit of Thai refreshing and spicy taste
Overview
This dish is LG’s favorite salad dish. Soy sauce and vinegar are not used in the seasoning. Use salt and white vinegar. Add some finely chopped chili peppers to give it a Thai-style hot and sour flavor. Very appetizing, LG tastes like pot after pot, just like that,,,,,, haha, if you like spicy and sour flavor, you can give it a try

Shred potatoes. Some people like to use a grater. I tried it myself, but I didn’t really like it. I thought it had no texture, so I just cut it myself

After boiling the water, blanch for half a minute, then remove the cold water to make the potato shreds more crispy

Seasoning: salt, chicken essence, rice vinegar, chili pepper, coriander, sesame oil, it would be perfect if you have some lemon juice
