Peel lily into petals, wash and set aside.

Break the broccoli into small florets and wash them in water. Peel and slice the garlic and set aside.

Boil a pot of water and blanch the broccoli and lilies in the boiling water.

Heat the wok, add cooking oil and sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Add the blanched broccoli and lily and stir-fry.
