Braised noodles with cowpea and pork ribs
Overview
There were two pieces of fried pork ribs left over from dinner, so I made braised noodles with cowpea and pork ribs for my husband for breakfast the next day. It had vegetables, meat, and staple food all in one pot, and it also eliminated the leftovers, killing two birds with one stone.
