Wash fresh peas

Cook, take out, drain out the water

Put in a vegetable grinder and mash until it becomes a paste. It is definitely better to use a food processor for this process. The food processor will make the food more broken and more delicate. I had no trouble, so I just used a vegetable grinder. A little rough, but it doesn’t affect the taste

Add the powdered sugar to the batter, mix well, and put it into a biscuit mold to shape it. (You should use a mooncake mold to make it look better. I don’t have one, so use a biscuit mold instead.) Keep it in the refrigerator for better taste
