Sweet and Sour Garlic
Overview
It’s the season when new garlic comes on the market, and my son loves sweet and sour garlic! When I was pregnant, I tried pickling garlic when I saw others pickling it. It was quite delicious. Sweet and sour garlic juice can cure whooping cough!

I bought new garlic! The garlic is huge! I bought two bundles in total (one bundle of sweet and sour garlic and one bundle of hanging garlic!)

Cut off the garlic and thin the first layer of garlic skin! It’s still on the ground!

Get rid of the beard and dirt! On the kitchen counter!

As we move further towards cleanliness, let’s cut our hair to remove the dirt! Clean!

Soak the garlic, add salt to the water to sterilize it, and soak it for spicy flavor!

Rice vinegar and white sugar, these two bottles are vinegar 400ML sugar 4 spoons

This enamel contains 3 pieces of 400ML, 300g of sugar and an appropriate amount of water

Cold garlic! It must be cooled and dried, and the watery garlic cannot be pickled!

The garlic in the bottle is too sour and sweet. Remember to add some cold boiled water! There is also an enamel package of garlic that cannot be seen!
