-
Argentinian red shrimps are thawed in cold water after being taken out of the freezer.
-
Cut off the shrimp gun, open the back and remove the shrimp line.
-
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the shrimp and fry on both sides. After frying, take it out and set aside.
-
Make a cross cut on the tomatoes and scald them with boiling water to peel them easily. Cut the peeled tomatoes into fine dices.
-
Heat a pan of cold oil, add a spoonful of peanut oil, add onions, ginger and garlic and stir-fry.
-
Add another spoonful of oily chili pepper, stir-fry over low heat until red oil comes out.
-
Add finely diced tomatoes and stir-fry over medium heat until tomatoes become soft.
-
Add half a bowl of water. After the water boils, add a teaspoon of sugar, a little salt and a little light soy sauce.
-
Add the fried shrimps, cover the pot and simmer over medium-low heat for two to three minutes. Then turn to medium heat to reduce the juice. Allow the shrimp to be completely coated in the sauce.
