Bad Spicy
Overview
Spicy pepper is an essential ingredient in many dishes. Especially in Yunnan. Make a good jar of spicy spicy food. You can use it to make fish-flavored shredded pork and spicy and sour crucian carp. Wipe the chili peppers clean with a clean towel (or wash the chili peppers with water and dry them). Then remove the spicy ones.

Chop the chilies finely with a knife.
