Hawthorn jelly refreshing

Overview

I made two bottles of canned hawthorn, which is very juicy, sour and sweet, perfect for making jelly!

Prepare the ingredients, isinglass powder and hawthorn juice (I made canned hawthorn and ate all the hawthorn in it, leaving a lot of juice, just in time to use)
One spoonful of fish gelatin powder, dissolve with one spoonful of water
Put the hawthorn juice into the milk pot and heat it
Add the melted fish gelatin powder
Stir vigorously while heating
Stir evenly and pour into a small bottle
After cooling, place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours
