Simple and delicious spicy cabbage
Overview
There were two baby cabbages left at home and I thought it would be good to make kimchi. However, the process of Korean spicy cabbage is too complicated, so I created this simple dish. The result was unexpected and it tasted good. I quickly told everyone to share it.

Wash the baby cabbage and drain it, then add appropriate amount of salt to marinate it

Add garlic according to your own taste. I put five cloves. Chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside

Cut the pickled baby cabbage into pieces, because you can take it out and eat it directly after pickling. It feels so convenient

Put the minced garlic chili noodles and chili sauce into the pickled baby cabbage and mix well. The chili noodles and chili sauce are according to personal taste. Because we can only eat slightly spicy food, I put 3 spoons of chili sauce and 2 small spoons of chili noodles

Put the mixed baby cabbage in a crisper box and put it in the refrigerator. You can enjoy it after 24 hours. The longer it marinates, the better the taste. It is so delicious when we use it to make kimchi pancakes
