Homemade salted duck egg, peeled sweet potato and multi-flavored conch noodles

Cut sweet potatoes into pieces of about 1.5cm

Take the yolk from the duck egg and crush it with a spoon

Boil conch noodles in boiling water over low heat for 3 minutes and then drain into cold water

Boil the sweet potato cubes in boiling water until they are eight ripe and drain the water
