I bought 6 scallops, and the garlic was cut into a whole, which was just enough. The ginger, green onion, etc. are obviously chopped and can be used in other dishes.

Put some oil in the pot, sauté the onions, ginger and garlic over low heat until fragrant, then add salt, chicken essence, sugar, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, light soy sauce, and stock, and drain over high heat. If you are really not sure, just add little by little and taste. Since I don’t have stock at home, I used warm water instead. Add some fresh chopped green onion to match. You can cut the vermicelli with scissors first, then roll it up by hand and put it into the shell, so that it will not be messy and affect the appearance.

  5. Put water in the steamer and put it in one by one. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes and serve! When the steamer is filled with water, add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
