Time and time again, I was tempted by the skewers outside and troubled by safety and hygiene. I decided to do it myself, although it was a little more busy, but it was always safe and secure. This grilled chicken skewers is not difficult at all, and the taste is no worse than the ones outside. The barbecue ingredients are bought ready-made. I will try to mix them myself next time.

Prepare the required materials

Take a chicken leg and cut a circle along the side of the small head until it is completely cut off except for the bones.

Then peel along the less fleshy side.

Then pull down the inside of the chicken leg and it will basically come off.

Finally, just cut off the small part of the involved flesh.

Rinse the separated meat again with water to wash away the blood and minced meat inside.

Cut into small pieces, add 35g of barbecue ingredients, 15ML of light soy sauce, 5g of salt, and 15ML of cooking wine.

Stir evenly and marinate for 3-4 hours.

String the marinated meat skewers on bamboo skewers. I skewered 6 skewers in total.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the upper layer, and place a baking sheet underneath to catch the drippings.

Remember to turn it over once in the middle, and take it out a few minutes before it is ready and brush it with a layer of oil.

After baking, take it out and sprinkle a layer of cumin powder on it while it's still hot.
