Fresh pumpkin sprouts.

Remove the old "skin" from the outside of the pumpkin seedlings root by root. This is a laborious task. If you don't fry it, it will taste bad and have old stems. Wash the peeled pumpkin sprouts and set aside.

Crush garlic and cut red pepper into sections and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and red pepper and sauté until fragrant.
