Chocolate Cream Cake
Overview
Today is New Year's Eve. I made a cream cake for my grandma to eat. I used the most delicious chocolate cream filling so far. I have used this cream filling several times, and friends who have tried it say it is delicious. Here, share it with friends who love baking.

Steps
-
Make the chocolate buttercream a day ahead. Place 200 grams of whipping cream and 80 grams of dark chocolate coins in a microwaveable container.
-
Microwave at 550W for 1 minute, remove and stir, continue heating for 1 minute, stir evenly, and the chocolate is completely melted. (If you don’t have a microwave, just heat the hot water and melt the chocolate)
-
Add 24 grams of powdered sugar and stir evenly.
-
Add the remaining 240 grams of whipping cream and stir evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
-
Bake a six-inch round cocoa chiffon. (In the picture, I baked a six-inch chiffon and an 18cm hollow chiffon)
-
Peel off the skin and cut into three pieces.
-
Take 150 grams of chocolate cream that has been refrigerated overnight and beat with an electric egg beater until it reaches small peaks.
-
Spread chocolate cream filling on the first cake slice without smoothing.
-
Cover with the second cake slice and spread the chocolate cream filling.
-
Cover with third cake slice. Refrigerate.
-
Take out 150 grams of chocolate cream and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
-
Take out the refrigerated cake and pour the cream filling from step 7.
-
Smooth the cream and sprinkle a little coconut on the side. Whip the remaining cream liquid and decorate it on the surface of the cake. The decorating cream should be beaten hard. Store in the refrigerator.
-
It can also be made square, like this.
-
You can also sprinkle a little coconut on the side and spread a layer of coconut on the surface. Garnish with mint leaves.
-
It’s a refreshing cake, I quite like it.
-
The key is that it tastes good, I believe grandma will like it.

In fact, the New Year's Eve dinner is all about the atmosphere. As long as everyone is together, it is better than anything else.
