Braised Bean Curd Skin
Overview
A pot of cooked stewed soup tastes very good. Use it to stew some yuba skin and eggs. You don’t need to add any ingredients to this soup. Just add a little salt. The stewed soup tastes very good. The skin of yuba is plain, but the meat flavor is very strong. After it is cooled, it is very good as a cold dish in summer or as a drink. But the yuba skin is also very nutritious, and although it is a vegetarian dish, it tastes delicious.

Steps
-
Soak the dried yuba skin in cold water until soft
-
Unfold one sheet and fold both ends in half
-
Roll up lengthwise, and roll all 4 sheets.
-
Make the stewed soup, it tastes very good, use it to cook, add beancurd skin and salt.
-
Add a few eggs at the same time, bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Cover and soak for half a day to let the flavors infuse.
-
Take it out after it tastes good. I only took out 2. I couldn't finish it after one more meal. I put it in a pot and fry it over low heat. Brown one side and then fry the other side. It tastes better after frying.

After frying, cut into sections and serve on a plate.
