No-Bake Dragon Fruit Mousse Cake
Overview
I ate a lot of chiffon cake, but the cheesecake took too long to bake, which was a waste of electricity. A small piece of mousse cake costs more than ten yuan in a coffee shop. I bought mousse pre-mixed powder online. It does not require an oven. It is an absolutely healthy dessert.

Pour milk and sugar into the basin, stir to dissolve, add mousse powder, and continue stirring until there are no small particles in the slurry.

Pour the whipped cream into a clean egg beater and stir with an electric beater at high speed.

Stir until the cream rises and sticks to small triangles. The cream should not be too hard.

Add the whipped cream bubbles into the mousse powder in two batches. Use a mixing spoon to turn it up and down to mix well. Remember not to stir in a circular motion.

Place the cake in a six-inch cake mold, then add a layer of mousse cream slurry, then a layer of dragon fruit pulp, and another layer of cake in the middle. Finally, pour in the remaining mousse slurry and top with blueberry jam.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for four hours.

After four hours of freezing, the mousse becomes hard and evenly sprinkled with cocoa powder.
