Overview

Banana pancakes can now be eaten in all major restaurants. I watched a black-skinned Ah Cha flying the pancakes as big as they could, then wrapping some bananas and folding them up. But I didn’t have Ah Cha’s skills, and I didn’t know how to fly these pancakes, so I honestly bought Indian pancakes from the supermarket and tried making them. However, the taste was still bad, but my method was healthier.

  1. Take a piece of Indian roti and a banana. Peel the banana, cut half into pieces and mash the other half

  2. Place on a non-stick pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Change to the other side

  3. Fry until golden brown, then flip and do the same on the other side, then peel the cake apart from the middle

  5. Then put the cakes together and continue to flip and fry on both sides

  6. Finally, put some banana pieces on the side and squeeze some salad dressing
