Prepare the ingredients

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, soak them in light salt water, put them into a pot of boiling water, cook, remove and drain

Process into puree in a food processor

Pour the fruit puree into a clean pot, add a small bowl of maltose syrup and a small amount of sugar and boil until it becomes thick

Pour it into a bowl, it’s a bowl of sweet applesauce

In another pot, boil the soaked agar

Pour the applesauce into the boiled agar soup, stir well and bring to a boil. Pour it into a container, let it cool and cut it into small pieces. It will be better if you put it in the refrigerator
