Homemade brown rice tea
Overview
By the way, I will tell you about my journey of making this tea. Once I went to a Japanese sushi restaurant with my daughter. The tea they provided was called genmai tea. It tasted very good and was very fragrant. So I went home and looked up what genmai was, and found out that it was the brown rice we eat every day. Back here, except for online shopping, it is really difficult to buy brown rice tea, so I went to the supermarket to buy brown rice, roasted the rice in an air fryer, added green tea leaves, and made home-made brown rice tea. Isn’t it very convenient and cheap? In winter, I brew a pot of black rice tea from time to time. The aroma spreads from my nose to my mouth, and the tea enters my heart from my mouth. It is so satisfying. It is not advisable to drink green tea that is too cool or has strong alkalinity in winter, but it is balanced by fried rice, which is very harmonious and graceful.

Place a ceramic plate into the air fryer, pour the brown rice into the plate and spread it evenly;
