Wash the potato skins. I used smaller potatoes!

Place two chopsticks on the cutting board to hold the potatoes, and slice the potatoes into even slices without cutting off the bottom.

Sprinkle sea salt, olive oil and pepper evenly over potatoes. Rub olive oil and sea salt into the crevices of the potatoes too!

Wrap the potatoes and garlic with tin foil, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes and it’s ready to go!
