Pan-fried salmon with lemon

Salmon is really a good thing. In addition to the smoked method, I like it raw or fried.

Ingredients: Salmon mixed with cracked pepper, white wine, lemon, olive oil, salt

Cut the salmon into two even thick slices, rinse lightly with water, and put in a container for later use.

Sprinkle some salt on both sides of the salmon.

Add appropriate amount of mixed pepper.

Add some white wine.

Add some fresh lemon juice.

Massage lightly and leave for 15 minutes. (After adding wine, the color of the fish will turn a little white)

Heat the frying pan and add some olive oil.

When the olive oil is 70% hot, add the salmon and fry over medium heat until the part of the fish close to the pot (about 1/3 of the thickness of the fish) turns pink-white, turn over.

Continue frying for half a minute.

Blanch asparagus in hot water and set aside.

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate, with your favorite vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc. When eating, you can pour some fresh lemon juice to make it fresh.
