I went to the vegetable market to buy vegetables and saw alfalfa sprouts for sale, so I thought about making them to see if I could find the same taste as when I was a kid!

The diced potatoes should be steamed in a pot until they turn into petals!

Chop the watered alfalfa sprouts, hold them dry and set aside!

Chop the garlic, onion, and red pepper and set aside!

Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the onion, garlic and red pepper and stir-fry!

Heat the pot, put it in and stir-fry the dried alfalfa sprouts!

Then put the steamed potatoes in! At the same time, put in the prepared condiments!

Stir vigorously with a spoon until the potatoes are mixed with the alfalfa sprouts! It turns into potato and alfalfa sprout puree!

Remove from the pan and serve on a plate with chopped green onion or coriander leaves that can be sprinkled on top! Paired with a bowl of delicious rice, it tastes smooth and delicious, I really want it!
