Clean the Longli fish, sprinkle some salt, and marinate for about ten minutes;

Wash the chives, do not cut them, set aside;

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add Longli fish and fry on both sides until brown

Install it first and wait for use;

Leave the base oil for frying the fish in the pan and add the chives;

Fry one side until fragrant, then flip to the other side and fry for a while;

Place the Longli fish on top and pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce;
