Revolutionary dish, formerly known as wild chrysanthemum, also called Annan grass. It was called revolutionary dish because the revolutionary martyrs of the Red Detachment of Women used it to satisfy their hunger.

Wash the vegetables, remove the old skin outside the stems and cut into sections.

Peel the garlic, wash it, slice it and set aside.

Heat the pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, add two-thirds of the garlic slices and saute until fragrant. Add the vegetables and stir-fry, add oyster sauce, add salt, and add the remaining garlic slices. Stir fry until cooked through and turn off the heat.
