Barbie cake
Overview
Birthday cake for my little niece. She loves being pretty, so this cake is just right for her. But it’s super creamy!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare an eight-inch chiffon cake embryo in the shape of a doll skirt
-
Cut crosswise into four pieces
-
Wash the Barbie doll, dry it, and wrap it in plastic wrap from the chest down.
-
Dice mango and strawberry separately.
-
Beat 600 grams of whipping cream and 60 grams of sugar.
-
Take the bottom cake piece and spread it on the bottom, scoop out an appropriate amount of whipped cream and smooth it out, then place the diced fruits on top.
-
Layer all the cake slices in sequence, making a total of four layers.
-
Generally wipe the face. Just cover the cake base, it doesn't need to be too thick, because the skirt will use a lot of cream later.
-
Plug in Barbie.
-
Add a little pink coloring to the remaining whipping cream to make it pink, and use a rose piping tip to pipe out a rose skirt.
-
Start squeezing from the bottom, squeeze two or three layers, then add the remaining 200 grams of whipping cream and 20 grams of sugar to beat, and squeeze out a gradient skirt. Then cut a small opening in the piping bag and pipe out the top.

Done. Beautiful!
