Stir-fried gourd with tomatoes

Someone gave my mother a big gourd a few days ago. Yesterday I cut a small piece and fried it alone. There was a big piece left. I can probably fry it 2 or 3 times, so I have to eat it quickly. Today I added a tomato and fried it together. It has a sweet and sour taste. . .

Peel, wash and slice the gourd, wash and cut the tomatoes into small pieces, and mince the garlic
