Flavored duck pot
Overview
Today is my mother’s birthday. I cooked three dishes for her to try. One is milky corn soup, the other is chicken drumsticks simmered in a rice cooker. Both of these recipes have been distributed, and the third dish is flavored duck pot. These three dishes are so good that they outshine the other dishes made by my father.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, cut the duck and blanch it. If you like it spicy, you can add a little more ginger
-
I'm a bit lazy, because I need to use an electric pressure cooker to simmer, so I just use the inner pot of the rice cooker to fry the spices, and I need to add more oil
-
After the aroma comes out, add ginger, duck, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, put into the pressure cooker, simmer at 60 Pa for fifteen minutes, be careful not to add water
-
Pour the stewed duck into the casserole, add garlic, zisu, and dried chili
-
Cover and simmer for another fifteen minutes to reduce the juice
-
From the moment I opened the lid, the whole kitchen was filled with the scent of duck
