First make Hericium powder~~ Soak 2 dried Hericium mushrooms in water. I soaked them for a day and night, changing the water halfway to remove the yellow water.

Squeeze out the water from Hericium erinaceus, tear into small florets, and place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.

Put in the oven at 155 degrees, full heat, middle layer, and bake for 40 minutes. (I tore the Hericium into small pieces in the middle)

Put the dried Hericium mushrooms into a blender and pulverize them.

I weighed it, and it was 18 grams. Don’t waste the remaining Hericium powder in the blender. Pour some boiling water to drink. It’s good for your stomach.

How to make Hericium biscuits: Weigh 120 grams of butter, add 70 grams of marshmallows, and put it into a large bowl without water.

Heat over a set of hot water to soften the butter.

I baked three pans, put the middle layer on full heat, 160 degrees, and baked the thinner biscuits for 10 minutes and the thicker ones for 15 minutes. Always keep an eye on the oven to make sure you don't overbake.
