Peel, wash and slice the old pumpkin. Steamed in a steamer

Use a food processor to blend the steamed pumpkin into a paste

Pour pumpkin paste and glutinous rice flour into a large bowl and mix well

Knead into a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands

Add a little glutinous rice flour to brown sugar and mix well.
