Bacon Cheese Spaghetti
Overview
I really love watching the food program hosted by British food writer, journalist and TV host Nigella Lucy Lawson. The program is called Pretty Too... This beautiful mother and chef is as eye-catching as the food she cooks. The Italian dishes she teaches are simple, easy to learn and appetizing. I especially like that at the end of the program, she always likes to run into the kitchen in the middle of the night, open the refrigerator, dig out something in it, and eat it. She looks so satisfied. She taught me how to make bacon and cheese spaghetti. Due to the limitations of the materials, they are not exactly the same. The original recipe is to fry the bacon with garlic oil. I don’t have that, so I combined the two steps. Instead of adding the butter at the end, use butter to fry the minced garlic until fragrant. She used rice-shaped Spaghetti, the angel hair spaghetti I use is very thin... When the pasta is cooked, the starch is released, and it becomes a thick sauce, bacon and cheese... It is a good seasoning, delicious, simple is often the most delicious.
