Bacon pine mushroom hotpot
Overview
This is my first time writing a recipe, so I have no experience, so readers will just have to make do with it😄 I came across pine flower mushrooms outside the market today. Although it was a bit expensive, I couldn’t help but buy some. The deliciousness of pine flower mushrooms is really irresistible! When I came back and cooked it, I almost finished it in one meal. Even my two-year-old son couldn't bear to let go. Recommended for everyone to try!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak and wash the pine flower mushrooms in light salt water, and slice the bacon into slices for later use.
-
Cut ginger, garlic, green and red peppers and set aside, one star anise, a small amount of peppercorns and cinnamon, wash and set aside
-
Add oil to the wok, add ginger, garlic, bean paste, cinnamon, star anise, and peppercorns in sequence. Reduce the heat to low and stir-fry until fragrant and red oil comes out.
-
Slice the bacon, put it into the pot, change the heat to medium, and fry the bacon into a scoop shape.
-
Change to high heat and add pine flower mushrooms
-
Stir-fry in the pot, add a small amount of salt, because the bacon is salty, don't add too much salt, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, and stir-fry the mushrooms until a small amount of water is released. Because I planned to make it into a hot pot, I also added a small amount of water. If I serve it directly and eat it, I don’t need to add water. The water of the mushroom itself is enough.
-
Take it out of the pot, put it into the hot pot, and sprinkle the green and red peppers. If you can't eat spicy food, it's good to replace the green and red peppers with garlic sprouts.

I cracked an egg and fried it in the pan. I didn’t expect it to be delicious when I put it on top😄
