Oatmeal and red date yogurt
Overview
I suddenly wanted to drink yogurt but was too lazy to make it. I happened to catch a supermarket promotion and bought two bags. I often regret buying it because I always find the commercially available yogurt too sweet. Then have an oatmeal yogurt, hoping that the oats will lessen the sweetness of the yogurt. Raw oatmeal needs to be cooked in advance. If you don't bother to waste a small amount of it, just put it in the rice cooker to mature together with the rice. Cut another red date and mix it into the yogurt to make the red date yogurt more tangible. The oats are smooth and waxy, with a nice texture, but still sweet. . . .
