The dumplings I made before have been frozen, take them out and let them cool for 10 minutes

Put oil in the pot and heat until 70-80% hot

Add dumplings

Fry until golden brown on both sides and add water

Add starch and water to mix. Don't use too much starch to prevent it from becoming sticky. Just enough to cover the dumplings. Simmer until the water dries up

Collect the juice and serve on a plate
