Stir-fried soybeans with pickled vegetables
Overview
This pickled cabbage was affected by the earthquake in Japan. Our local refrigeration factory had a large stock of pickled cabbage exported to Japan. Due to the earthquake, it could not be shipped out. We were eager to sell the stock, so we sold it all out in the spring. My mother-in-law and a group of old ladies rushed to buy it. It seems that the price of a kilogram of clean vegetables is only one or two cents. Wash them cleanly, cut them into thin sections, ice them into pieces, and defrost them before eating.
