Marinate the fish in soy sauce first without cutting it

Marinate the fish, wash it, cut it with a knife, sprinkle it with salt, and stuff some ginger into your belly

Fry the fish first, take it out and set aside for frying. You don’t have to turn the fish over all the time

Add the chili, garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry until the flavor is good. Add the soy sauce and salt. Add water after all is done.
