Jiuqu Red Plum Milk Tea
Overview
During the recent rainy season, when there are occasional sunny days, you can always see the beautiful Huoshaoyun sunset, which makes Mu Xia fall in love. This time I used Jiuqu Red Plum Tea from Hangzhou. It has a color like red plums and a sweet aftertaste, so I took advantage of the bayberry season to use bayberry in the dish. The bayberry juice was turned into ice to enhance the color, seasoned, and topped with milk. When the milk foam gradually digested and turned into a white mist, we had this beautiful sunset with red clouds.
