Super Easy Margarita Cookies
Overview
To be honest, I don’t really like making cookies because it’s too simple and doesn’t give me a sense of accomplishment. Doesn't that mean it's too late? Haha! In fact, when I first started baking, I also made various kinds of biscuits, and then gradually increased the difficulty, trying to make chiffons, puffs and so on. Some impatient children started attacking toast and chiffon when they didn't know anything. As a result, the toast was made into steamed buns and the chiffon was made into pancakes. They even comforted themselves by saying that it was because I didn't add additives or there was no high- or low-gluten flour that they were made like this. Then I gave up quickly because of the bad taste, and wasted so much expensive ovens and molds! Therefore, if you are a novice and start making cookies, your baking journey will go further. This is true. The biscuit I’m going to make today is simple in recipe, easy to make, and has a crispy texture. It’s very suitable for children and old friends with bad teeth.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Crush the egg yolk into pieces. I put it in a plastic bag, but you can also use a sieve to rub it. Soften the butter, add sugar and beat with an electric mixer
-
After beating, add the cooked egg yolk powder and continue to stir
-
Mix well
-
Sift in flour and starch and knead into a ball
-
I didn’t take pictures of the lumpy pieces, so I just grabbed the small pieces and rolled them into round balls, then flattened them with my thumbs, and the edges naturally split
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake in the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. The house will be filled with fragrance! Grill over high and low heat until the edges are slightly brown.

It doesn't look very good, but it tastes great. Because there are cooked egg yolks, the baked biscuits have a very fragrant egg yolk flavor. I added white sugar, so it tastes a bit gritty. If I add powdered sugar, it will have a crispy texture!
