  3. Soak and wash the fungus, remove the stems and tear into small florets, blanch them in water, scoop them out and set aside.

  4. Add the bacon and garlic to the oil pan and stir-fry, add the fungus and stir-fry, cover and simmer for about 1 minute. Then pour in the rice noodles (try to keep the water as dry as possible), add bean paste (or soy sauce, salt), stir well and then remove from the pot.
