Boil the rice noodles thoroughly (no hard core is enough, not too soft), take out and rinse, drain the water and set aside.

Thinly slice bacon and garlic.

Soak and wash the fungus, remove the stems and tear into small florets, blanch them in water, scoop them out and set aside.
