Have materials ready.

Cut the mango into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Rinse the sago quickly with clean water and pour it into boiling water, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking to the pot. Cook over high heat until there are small white spots in the middle, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while. Take it out and put it in cold boiling water (with ice cubes added, hehe...).

Add more water to cover the sago and cook until the sago is completely transparent. Take it out again, cool it with boiling water (with ice cubes added), put it in a bowl and set aside.

First pour 3/4 of the mango pulp into the food processor.

Add milk and beat for about 30 seconds. (Mango milk is ready...)

Pour the mango milk into the bowl containing sago and add the remaining mango pulp.
