Charcoal-grilled bamboo shoots bought from the community grocery store. To be honest, it is convenient to eat, but there is too much water. It is estimated that the water is almost 7 taels per pound. Next time I’ll buy dried bamboo shoots and make them myself.

Pour it out and rinse repeatedly with clean water.
