Green chili sauce
Overview
This is a great snack to go with rice. The meat floss is homemade. I made a big box of it and the kids didn’t eat it very much. But when I put it in the hot sauce, they loved it. It kills two birds with one stone.

Steps
-
Pick and wash the green peppers and rinse the beans after soaking them
-
All materials are chopped

Heat a pan and pour in oil. The amount of oil should be larger, about four or five times that of cooking. Grind some chopped Sichuan peppercorns and fry until fragrant
-
Pour in all the chopped ingredients and fry

At this time, I took out my secret weapon, homemade pork floss. If you don’t have it, you can cut some minced meat and fry it dry for later use, and then chop a head of garlic and mince it for later use
-
Fry until the peppers turn yellow-green, add an appropriate amount of sugar and an appropriate amount of salt. It depends on the amount of ingredients you have. Generally, there is more sugar than salt
-
Stir in the seasonings and add minced garlic
-
Stir well, pour some sesame oil and stir well before serving

After taking it out of the pot and bottling it, the delicious chili sauce is ready. It’s delicious with rice, noodles and steamed buns
