Prepare all the ingredients, slice the ginger and cut the garlic into small pieces and set aside.

When buying silver carp, ask the boss to separate the fish head and body. Cut the fish head into two sides but not separate them. Apply steamed fish soy sauce and cooking wine on both sides of the fish head evenly and marinate for an hour to make it taste better.

When marinating the fish head, you can chop the millet pepper into fine pieces and mix it with the homemade chopped pepper. If you can't eat it too spicy, you can put less millet pepper and more chopped pepper.

After an hour, you can mix all the ingredients together. Use a relatively large plate to put sliced ginger and garlic first, then put the fish on it. Add the mixed double pepper evenly on top of the fish head, then season with a little chicken essence and light soy sauce, and finally garlic leaves. Put the seasoned fish head into a pan with an appropriate amount of water and steam until cooked.
