Cut the tofu into triangular slices, soak the fungus and remove the seeds from the green pepper (this way it is not spicy and can be eaten by children). Chop the garlic and onion and set aside.

This dish needs some animal oil to make it more fragrant. Fry a few pieces of fatty pork in oil.
