Beat the butter with icing sugar and salt with an electric mixer.

Whipped butter sugar salt mixture.

Crush the dried roses, remove the calyx, and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.

Mix the cake flour and baking soda, sift, and add the soaked roses into the whipped butter.

Mix with your hands to form a dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5cm and cut it into various shapes with a mold.

Place in the preheated oven at 170°C and heat up and down for 20 minutes. Turn to 160°C and heat up and down for 10 minutes.
