Blueberry Walnut Soft European Buns
Overview
I have a lot of dried blueberries and walnuts at home, so I thought I could use them to make bread. I’ve always wanted to try soft European buns, so let’s make one!

Put all the dough ingredients except dried blueberries and walnuts into the bread machine and start the dough fermentation process

After the dough fermentation process is completed, take it out and flatten it to release air

Then fold it in half horizontally

Then fold it in half vertically, with the folded side facing down

Knead the dough lightly and shape it into a ball

After fermentation until doubled in size, cut into 2 pieces and roll into balls.

Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven for secondary fermentation at 45 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes

Then start baking, the oven temperature is about 170 degrees, 40 minutes, and that’s it!
