Steamed pigeon delicacies with chopped pepper

Last time I made steamed grass carp with chopped pepper at a friend's house, and they all said it was delicious. I tried making this dish today.

Wash the pigeon pearls and slice them into slices.

Prepare ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, cornstarch, chilli padi, pickled pepper, garlic, ginger, and light soy sauce.

Heat oil, add minced ginger, minced garlic, pickled chili padi, salt and pepper.

First, stir the white sugar and light soy sauce evenly, then pour the sauteed ginger, garlic, pickled pepper and other ingredients into a bowl, stir well and set aside.

After steaming for about five or six minutes, pour the prepared pickled pepper sauce into the dish.

Steam for another three to four minutes and then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
