Overview

One day in a restaurant, I ate a dish, which was fried beef with minced garlic. I thought it was delicious. So I went home and thought about it, changed the beef to lean meat, chopped garlic, and a delicious dish was produced. I have made this dish many times, and every time I eat it up.

  8. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and an appropriate amount of salt (don't add too much, control the amount of salt), continue to stir-fry, the vegetables will release water after adding salt, stir-fry the water for a while and then you can start the pot.
