Ingredients

Steps

  1. Heat the wok until red (do not add oil) and add the chopped pig's feet. Dry roast to remove the blood and burn the pig's trotter skin. Be sure to stir constantly to avoid burning.

  2. There is basically no blood on the pig's trotters. When the pig's skin turns golden, turn off the heat, then add salt and stir the pig's trotters evenly to coat with salt. Pour into steaming bowl.

  3. After pouring the pig's feet into the steaming bowl, add: 1 tablespoon oil, 6 tablespoons wild pepper (must have authentic wild pepper to be spicy), 5 pieces of minced garlic, 2 slices of minced ginger, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, 0.5 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.

  4. If you have a pressure cooker, it’s best to steam it in a pressure cooker, which only takes 30 minutes. But today I used an ordinary electric steamer, so I steamed it for 2 hours.

  5. After steaming, take it out and dress it up to color the pig's feet evenly, then you can eat it:)
